Pick up the pen and let’s exercise our creative flow! This 90-minute virtual workshop covers interesting and fun ways to get into a writing practice. Join us on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, 6:00 -7:30 pm.
You don’t need to have perfect grammar and spelling. Fancy journals are not necessary. A pen, some paper, and we can get started on an adventure of exploration, relaxation, and release. Keep it light, or dig deep, it’s up to you, but join in and tap into your creativity with prompts and exercises you can take away to use independently. No obligation to share your personal writing in this setting unless you are inspired to.
This session is led by Berdine Jordan, who believes a creative practice is essential to well-being. She has been a lifelong writer and artist and has been teaching creative classes since 2014.
