Diagnosed with or Recovering from Breast Cancer?

If you are looking for help with finding your way through a new breast cancer diagnosis, are in treatment or in recovery, you are in the right place! Our nonprofit is laser focused on helping you and your family find resources, support and empowerment.

Historically, Pink Lemonade Project and its programs served the greater Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area. We have expanded to all 36 counties in Oregon and three in SW Washington.

We continue to connect with you in virtual ways, but look forward to the future when we can once again gather together! We are here for you.

What’s New

It was a sunny, wet and wild Sunday morning at Waterfront Park on Oct. 10th! We are grateful to all of our Pink Lemonade Project participants and donors of the 15th Annual Girlfriends Walk/Run!

More than 1,000 runners, walkers, volunteers, and cheerleaders made this morning VERY pink and fun! Together, we were one community in support of breast cancer survivors and their families. We couldn’t have done any of it without YOU!

A special THANK YOU to Why Racing Events for another fantastic Girlfriends Walk/Run!

While the actual race is over, the giving is still going! You can donate to the Girlfriends Walk/Run through the end of October. Be sure to select ‘Pink Lemonade Project’ as your charity of choice!

Mark your calendar for next year’s event:
Sunday, October 9th, 2022!

With the local Komen affiliate gone, PLP has stepped up to provide two important programs to support people affected by breast cancer: Treatment Access Program powered by Toni Mountain Fund and Metastatic Breast Cancer Dinner Series. These new programs were added to our existing programs that help with education, financial assistance, support, and relationships/community connections.

Downtown Vancouver & Portland Going PINK!

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, both downtown Vancouver and Portland will be going PINK!!! In Vancouver, AG Plastic Surgery at 703 Broadway is going PINK and in downtown Portland, local, passionate breast cancer fighting organizations, in a show of solidarity, are turning the Morrison Bridge and the Oregon Convention Center glass towers PINK. And mark your calendar for October 13th when the Morrison Bridge will change to purple, green and teal in special recognition of those living with metastatic breast cancer.
