Morning Yoga

Take a break from your day. Revitalize and recharge with a restorative yoga class. We will open with some guided breathing, move on to gentle stretching and warming poses, and finish with a restorative savasana (relaxation).
Props you may want to have for the class:
- Yoga mat (beach towel if on a carpet)
- Yoga blanket (blanket or thick towel)
- Yoga block (at least 1) (a few sturdy hardcover books or a piece of Tupperware at least 6 in. tall)
- Yoga strap (robe belt, pants belt, or rope)
- Yoga bolster (sturdy couch cushion or extra folded blankets)
