A Time To Pause Gentle Yoga

This yoga practice will begin with a breath awareness practice, followed by gentle movement, and finishing with a guided meditation.
A yoga mat is great if you have one, but not required. Props for supporting yourself could be foam blocks, strap, rolled/folded towel, small decorative pillow.
